今回の日本でのワークショプによせてカントゥからのメッセージ
親子アートグループは、子供だけではなく、親も子供らしさを取り戻して癒され、一緒に楽しむワークです。
イタリアなんかでこのワークをやると、子供よりも大人の方がさらにはじけてドロドロにして遊んでます😅
子供が大人にリスペクトされ、自分らしくいれるエネルギーを体感できたなら、それは彼らの記憶からは消え去ることがあっても、彼らの心と体にリソースとしてしっかり残ります。
そのリソースは、彼らが成長し、いつか難しい現実に直面する時があったとしても、生きることをサポートする力になると私は確信しています。
このワークをシェアできることはとっても嬉しいです。❤

親と子供のためのアートグループ
創造性は、私たちが純粋でくつろぎ、遊び心で満ちている時に起こります。
一方、私たちが他者からの評価を気にするばかりに自分らしさを失ったり、恐怖がある時、無気力でどんより重く、自分が感じていることが分からない・・・そのようなエネルギーにがんじがらめになりがちです。
実際に、親の評価を気にするのは子供たちだけが持つ条件づけではなく、成長した大人の中にも根強くあるのは珍しくありません。
このアートグループでは、大人も子供も尊重され、ガイドを通して内なる源泉の力に繋がります。
大きな紙にいろんな色を使っておもいっきり自由に遊びます。
手や筆、スポンジを使ったり、スプレーで色を飛ばしたり…また、体を動かし、踊ったり、優しく触れたり、時にはただ見つめたり…
それらは大人、子供に関係なく自らを愛し尊重する力を育むでしょう。
時にはそれぞれが自分の空間を持ち、時には親と子が一緒に、体や感覚、ハートとつながるエクササイズも体験します。
子供たちはすでに創造性のマスターで、大人に、深刻さを持たずに瞬間瞬間を生きることを教えます。
そうした空間を批判することなく共有する時、一味違ったコミュニケーションが起こり、 親子の間に新たな発見や気づきが贈られます。
ここでは、アートの経験や才能はいりません。
大事なのは、私たち一人一人が自分のエネルギーを尊重し、それを楽しむこと。

キクトKantu（カントゥ） Profile
キクトKantu(カントゥ) ノルウェー在住日本人アートセラピスト。
十数年に渡り、主にインドやドイツ、スペインに住み、 瞑想やセラピー、ボディワークを学ぶ。
OSHOアートセラピー、グルジェフダンス、アルンコン シャスタッチ、クリーンランゲージ、家族の座トレーニングを修了。
ヨーロッパやアジアで身体とハート、意識を育むワークに情熱を注いでいる。

Parent-child art group is a work not only for children, but also for parents to recover their childlikeness and to heal and enjoy together.
When holding this workshop in Italy, adults are playing more fun and more fun than children.
If a child is respected by an adult and experiences a child’s own energy, it will remain as a resource in their mind and body, even though they may disappear from their memory.
I am convinced that the resources will become a force to support living, even if they grow up and there is a time to face difficult reality someday.

Creativity happens when we are pure, relaxing and full of playfulness.On the other hand, when we lose ourselves just because we care about the evaluation from others. When we have fear, they are lethargic and heavy, we don’t know what we feel … Such It tends to be haunted by energy.In fact, it is not unusual for children only to care about their parents’ evaluation, it is not uncommon for some grown adults to be persistent.
In this art group, both adults and children are respected and lead to the power of internal sources through guides. I use various colors on big paper and play freely in the first place. Using hands, brushes, sponges, skipping colors by sprawling … Also, moving your body, dancing, gently touching, sometimes just looking at … This action is done by yourself regardless of adults and children we will nurture the power to love and respect yourself.
Sometimes each has their own space, sometimes parents and children work together, exercises that connect with the body, senses, hearts.
Children are already master of creativity, teach adults to live a moment without seriousness. When sharing such space without criticism, a slightly different communication occurs, and new discoveries and awareness are given between parents and children. You don’t need art experience or talent here. What matters is that each one of us respects their own energy and enjoy it.
