オンラインセッション 第５弾を開催いたします！
シドがリードするオンラインドローイング&ペインティングセッションは、あなたが表現したいことを表現するためのガイドです。
あなたの本質を表現するための意識の向け方のヒントとドローイングのテクニック両方を紹介します。
シドのエクセサイズは、すでにある完成形（見本のようなもの）に近づくためのものではなく、「自分が表現したいもの」を見つけ、その技法を見つけるプロセスを助けます。
今回はその表現したい意識と、技法を結びつけることに注目します。
３回に渡り、違う形での。表現したいものへのアクセスする方法とペインティングの技法を紹介します。
３回参加することにより、様々な体験ができるように企画しています。
終着点がない、自ら道筋を見つける方法は、絵を描くことだけに限定されず、あなた自身の表現を開く機会になると考えています。
無垢で最も自然であることが、あなたの本質であり才能であるとシドは言います。
それを自ら、「問い」続け、そして「表現する」ときの、あなたならではの方法をここでは探求しています。
セッションやワークショップのあとに「今までみていた風景が違って見える。」という感想もしばしば頂きます。
あなた表現したかったことに骨肉をつけ、具現化させる助けになるでしょう。
あなたの伝えたいことはどんな色なんだろうか？どんなテクスチャーなんだろうか？とセッションの後に、自分で試していただくことが出来るプログラムとなっています。
お家で描く時間をより深く楽しめる機会です。
今回は、水彩絵の具、パステルなどを使い、基礎的なものも含め、シドならではの画材の使い方を紹介します。

しかし、私たちは自分が向上するための本当の意味での自分なのでしょうか？
絵を描いているとき、あなたの基準、あなたにとってのよい絵の尺度は何ですか？
この3回のオンラインセッションでは、あなたの好きなテーマや題材を使って、3つのエクササイズを行います。
各エクササイズでは、テーマや題材を様々な方法で表現し、あなただけの絵画表現を見つけ、発展させることができます。

3 linked online sessions to develop your own painting expression
We all believe we can improve ourselves.
But do we have a real sense of who we are to improve?
When you are painting, what is your standard, your measure of a good painting?
In these 3 linked online sessions we are going to use 3 exercises all using your own favorite theme/subject.
Each exercise will be an opportunity to express your theme/subject in different ways, helping you to find and develop your own individual way of painting expression.

昨年からオンラインセッションを初めて、リアルなワークショップとは違う感覚があるのだなと実感しました。
共にいる時、1人で家にいる時のつながり方の違いがあるんですね。
私たちが提供しているワークショップは、ペインティングが基礎にありますので、言葉以外のコミュニケーションが沢山起こっています。
そしてそのことを大切に思っています。
以前はその時に場所を共有しないということは、マイナスにした感じられませんでした。
しかし、特殊な環境下において、試してみたら、また違った感覚でのつながりが生まれました。
「絵を描きたい」「表現したい」「美しいものに触れたい」
さまざまな動機がそこで交差し、表現したい、という真摯で切望された気持ちが確実に存在し、
その感覚がオンラインでも繋がれるんだと感じ感動しました。

Do you have an art project you like right now?
Is there a theme or subject in your life you would like to express in painting?
Please give this some thought and decide your favorite theme for this online series of meetings.
In each session Sidd will guide you using a different exercise to see and express your theme in a different way.
-TRINITY-
- Day1 SESSION 1 – Drawing from the body.
We have been taught to draw and paint by our hand or lower arm. Using our favorite theme as inspiration, in this session we discover new ways to express it using our whole body.
- Day2 SESSION 2 – Drawing out of innocence.
We have been taught to follow certain ideals and rules in art. Using our favorite theme as inspiration, in this session we once again trust our inner child and imagination to express new visions.
- Day3 SESSION 3 – Creativity of Life.
When you are painting, you become part of Creation. Using our favorite theme as inspiration, in this session we express our life force and connection to everything.

- Day1 SESSION1 – 身体から描く。
私たちはこれまで、手や下腕で絵を描くことを教えられてきました。このセッションでは、好きなテーマをインスピレーションにして、体全体を使って表現する新しい方法を発見します。
- Day2 SESSION 2 – 無邪気に描く。
私たちは、芸術においてある理想やルールに従うように教えられてきました。このセッションでは、自分の好きなテーマからインスピレーションを得て、もう一度自分の中の子供や想像力を信じて、新しいビジョンを表現していきます。
- Day3 SESSION 3 – 生命の創造性。
絵を描いているとき、あなたは創造の一部となります。このセッションでは、お気に入りのテーマからインスピレーションを得て、私たちの生命力とあらゆるものとのつながりを表現していきます。
参加必要条件：
ZOOM を使って開催します。
カメラ付きのパソコンまたはタブレットでご参加ください。
ガイダンスをお見せするのでスマートフォンだと見えずらいことがあります。
回線状況などによって、途中中断なども起こり得ます。
メールやメッセージなどでフォローいたします。
シンプルな画材を使用する予定です。専門店でしか手に入らないような画材は使用いたしません。
必要な画材は、事前に参加者様自身でご用意していただきます。必要な道具はお受付後メールにてご連絡いたします。
Participation Requirements:
The event will be held using ZOOM.
Please join us on a computer or tablet with a camera.
We will show you the guidance, so you may not be able to see it on your smartphone.
It may be difficult to see with a smartphone.
We will follow up with emails and messages.
We will be using simple art materials. We will not use art materials that are only available at specialty stores.
Participants will be asked to prepare the necessary art supplies themselves in advance. We will inform you of the tools you will need by email after your registration.

What is Creative Vision for Life?
The Creative Vision for Life program is open to everyone who wants to be creative.
It brings creative perspectives and joy into our lives, allowing for richer expression and bringing out our individuality.
This concept, guided by painter Sidd Murray Clark and president of Creative Vision for Life, is about tapping into, releasing, and expressing the source of creativity inside of us all.
Originality, as Sidd refers to it, is not something that can be created on purpose.
It is a process of discovery through an ongoing search for ways to express oneself.
Each of us already has an original point of view and aesthetic sense, and we keep searching for the way this can be expressed. The way to express what we feel inside is a continuous process of discovery and challenge, and through this process we find a way to express ourselves by following the sensations that come from within.
Sidd will guide you through the process, quietly and sometimes subtly, as you discover your own individuality.
Whether you are a professional in a variety of genres, or you have not been exposed to art for a long time, Sidd Murray Clark will guide you through the process of discovering your own individuality.
